I am a passionate UX and Product specialist, public speaker and leader, with over a decade of experience in the UX space. My career in digital has afforded me the opportunity to work for a diverse range of businesses in a number of industries, from finance, banking and energy, to culture, arts and entertainment. I've helped start-ups validate ideas and develop customer-centric practices from day 1, and I've helped large corporates and government agencies create accelerated CX teams to forge the way towards innovation.

I am a fierce advocate for the needs of the customer, bringing empathy and tireless curiosity to every decision. I balance this customer-centric approach with a strong strategic and commercial mindset, ensuring that design decisions are outcome-driven and evidence-led. My extensive experience in team leadership and stakeholder management means that I am a highly effective advocate for the company’s vision, who creates alignment and drives action.
